'Tolo' itik masak lemak cili padi bersama kulit rambai

15 biji cili padi
1 inci kunyit hidup
1 biji santan kelapa
10 biji telur itik
20 biji kulit rambai (hiris halus)

Cara-cara memasak:

Tumbuk cili padi dan kunyit hingga lumat.
Masukkan cili dalam periuk, tambah santan dan masak atas api sederhana. Kacau selalu agar santan tidak pecah minyak.
Apabila santan mendidih, masukkan garam secukup rasa dan kulit rambai. Kemudian, masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji.
Biarkan sebentar sebelum diangkat.
